I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing Intensive Mental Health Retreats, Integrated coaching, and Individual and Group Psychotherapy.

All appointments are provided online in the comfort of your own personalized space.

Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Intensive Retreats are in person and provided throughout the year. Scheduled and designed to meet your specific needs and availability.
- Psychotherapy services are provided to Utah residents only.

Crisis services are not provided. All clients are encouraged to have a thorough understanding of their local mental health crisis resources and support system.

Rates
I understand and value the role finances play in our lives. I am committed to providing as much information up front as possible. I work with insurance on a limited basis, and provide a sliding fee option when available.
